You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 5 working days from the date you receive it and provided that you choose another product from our store. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without the packaging having been tampered with and confirming that the special markings on the product have not been removed. In the event that the reason for your return is due to a company error we are committed to bear the cost of shipping to you and returning the product.

In the case of returning the products, the replacement will be completed within days from the date we receive them.In the event that the reason for the return is due to a company error, Instyle undertakes to send a courier to the address you have specified to receive the order at its own expense. Once the product leaves your premises, instyle company will receive it within 1-3 working days for returns within Greece and via GENERAL MAIL. After we receive the product, we will process your request immediately and inform you by e-mail on how to process it.
